Some services may be provided directly by Go Sea Travel, while others may be arranged through trusted local partners, operators, transport providers, or third-party suppliers.

Service availability may vary depending on season, location, weather conditions, operational constraints, and third-party availability.

4. Booking Requests and Contract Formation

A booking request submitted through our website, by email, by phone, or through any other communication channel does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only when Go Sea Travel has expressly accepted the request and communicated confirmation to the customer by email, message, phone, or other clear form of confirmation.

Go Sea Travel reserves the right to decline a request if a service is unavailable, operationally impractical, incorrectly described, or cannot be provided safely or reasonably.

For certain services, Go Sea Travel may require full or partial payment in advance in order to confirm the reservation.

5. User Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to Go Sea Travel is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes names, dates, times, pickup locations, destinations, number of participants, luggage information, and any special requirements.

Go Sea Travel shall not be responsible for problems, delays, extra charges, or inability to perform the service resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by the customer.

6. Prices and Payments

Prices for services are communicated based on the information available at the time of the request. Prices may depend on factors such as destination, duration, service type, season, availability, number of persons, special requests, and third-party supplier conditions.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms will be communicated during the booking process. In some cases, advance payment, deposit, or full prepayment may be required to secure the booking.

Depending on the service and the arrangement, payments may be accepted by cash, bank transfer, card, or IRIS payment.

Go Sea Travel reserves the right to revise a quoted price before final confirmation if essential details of the requested service change.

7. Changes to Bookings

Any request to change a confirmed booking is subject to availability and operational feasibility. Changes may lead to additional charges, depending on the nature of the modification and any third-party supplier terms.

Go Sea Travel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee that all requested modifications will be possible after confirmation.

8. Participation Policy

Go Sea Travel makes every effort to perform scheduled excursions and services punctually and diligently.

The company’s vessels, vehicles, and cooperating transport providers are expected to comply with the safety standards required by applicable law for the services provided.

The initial excursion or tour program may change due to weather conditions, sea conditions, operational needs, or other safety-related reasons.

Go Sea Travel reserves the right to cancel a tour or excursion if the minimum required number of participants is not reached.

Passengers or participants should arrive at the departure or meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time, unless otherwise stated.

Underage participants must be accompanied by at least one responsible adult, who will be fully responsible for their supervision and safety.

Pregnant women should inform Go Sea Travel staff, crew, or the relevant service provider in advance or before departure, so that suitable guidance may be given where possible.

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, and money. Go Sea Travel accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, except where liability is required by law.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in a specific offer, confirmation, or special arrangement, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • More than 48 hours before departure or service time: no cancellation fee
  • 24 to 48 hours before departure or service time: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 hours before departure or service time, or no-show: no refund

If the service is cancelled by Go Sea Travel due to operational reasons or weather conditions, the customer may choose between:

  • a full refund, or
  • rescheduling to another available date

Non-refundable costs already paid to third-party providers may remain non-refundable where applicable and where this has been communicated in advance.

10. No-Shows and Late Arrivals

If the customer or participant fails to appear at the agreed time and place without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may be charged in full.

If the customer expects to be delayed, they should contact Go Sea Travel as soon as possible. Go Sea Travel will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the relevant provider, but cannot guarantee continued availability in all cases.

11. Delays, Weather, and Force Majeure

Go Sea Travel shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, sea conditions, traffic disruption, strikes, government measures, public emergencies, supplier failures, natural events, or force majeure.

In such cases, Go Sea Travel will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative, reschedule the service, or provide an appropriate solution where possible, but cannot guarantee a particular outcome.

12. Third-Party Providers

Where services are operated by third-party providers, those providers may also apply their own terms, safety rules, operating conditions, and cancellation policies. By confirming such services, the customer acknowledges that the performance of those services may depend on those third parties.

Go Sea Travel is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, delays, or service failures of third-party providers, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

13. Safety and Conduct

Customers and participants must behave respectfully and follow all safety instructions given by Go Sea Travel staff, drivers, skippers, guides, or partner providers.

Go Sea Travel reserves the right to refuse or terminate a service, without refund where appropriate, if a customer or participant behaves in a dangerous, abusive, unlawful, intoxicated, or disruptive manner.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they and any members of their group are fit to participate in the booked activity and comply with any age, health, safety, or legal requirements.

14. Luggage and Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings at all times. Any unusual, oversized, or excess luggage should be communicated in advance, as it may affect vehicle or service availability.

15. Children and Special Requirements

If children, infant seats, accessibility needs, medical considerations, or other special requirements apply, the customer must inform Go Sea Travel in advance. Availability of special arrangements cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed.

18. Natural Conditions and Assumption of Risk

Certain locations visited during tours, excursions, or transfers (including but not limited to beaches, rocky areas, coastal zones, and natural environments) may involve inherent risks such as slippery surfaces, uneven terrain, rocks, waves, or changing weather conditions.

By participating in these activities, customers acknowledge and accept these natural risks and agree that they participate at their own responsibility.

Go Sea Travel shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from natural conditions that are beyond the company’s control.

19. Transfer Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Sea Travel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, missed connections, or losses caused by events outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury where liability cannot be excluded by law.

21. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Cookies and Privacy Policy.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Greece and, where applicable, relevant European Union law.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
